SITEP pays particular importance to its employees' social lives.

It constantly endeavours to improve its employees' living and working conditions.

• A Socio-Cultural Centre at El Manar which acts as a place for social and cultural activities , enabling SITEP staff to participate in a number of activities and to take full advantage of various services.
• A Residential Campus equipped with a good infrastructure and sports facilities for the entertainment of our employees and to meet the standards for the desert conditions at the El Borma base,
• A well-equipped medical centre at the El Borma site,
• A SITEP-El Borma Airport with an airstrip allowing easy access to air transport.
