On 1st January 2010, the total manpower of SITEP registered 391 persons; 148 in the head office of Tunis and 243 in the site of El Borma.

Endowed with a seniority average of 23 years per agent, the human resources of SITEP are distinguished by an experience and a know-how that contribute to valorise the performances of the enterprise.
